Attorney Melia has been resolving and investigating conflicts within families for fifteen years. Eleven of those years were spent working  as a mediator and investigator for the Judges of the Worcester Probate and Family Court. Attorney Melia has had extensive training in Litigation, Mediation and Investigations. She has also been a guest speaker at numerous conferences which contained both the judiciary, probation officers, lawyers and other professionals.

Attorney Melia has a general practice in Worcester but she specializes in Domestic Relations which includes but is not limited to the following :  

• divorce, child custody, visitation, child support, college expenses, alimony, property division, asset division, marital debt division
• guardianship of minors and adults
• contempts, modifications, restraining orders
• adoption, simple wills, and more.
